16 New Free Icons — May 2026 Update

The free npm package just got 16 new icons in v2.1.1 — the kind of staples you reach for on day one of any project.

What’s new

Eight new concepts, most shipping in both line and sharp styles:

• filter — funnel for sort / refine controls
• close — the missing X for dismissing dialogs, chips, tags
• share — up-arrow out of a tray (line · sharp)
• save — floppy disk (line · sharp)
• trash — bin (line · sharp)
• star — favorites, ratings, bookmarks
• bell-ring — active notification state to pair with the existing bell (line · sharp)
• membercard — loyalty cards, accounts, badges (line · sharp)

Pull them in by upgrading the package:

npm install pixelarticons@latest

Or grab the raw SVGs directly from the v2.1.1 release on GitHub.

Figma community file updated

The free Figma community file has been updated with the same 16 components — synonyms baked into the metadata so search finds them, and each component has a 24×24 SVG export preset by default.
