Pixelarticons is made and supported by one person, Gerrit Halfmann. There is no support team and no ticket system, so you talk to the person who draws the icons. Most messages get an answer within one or two days.

Quick questions and feature requests

Write to @halfmage on X. This is the fastest channel. Missing icon? Want a cursor set for macOS? Found a typo? Post or send a direct message.

License, invoices and Pro downloads

Email halfmage@gmail.com with your Gumroad order email or license key. Use this channel for anything that involves a purchase: lost license keys, invoice changes, team license questions, refund requests, or a download that does not verify on the download page.

Bugs in the free package

Open an issue on GitHub. The repository holds the free icons, the React components and the webfont build. Pull requests for the tooling are welcome. New icons are drawn by hand and are not accepted as pull requests.

Custom icons and licensing deals

For custom icon work, a white-label license, or a license that the standard terms do not cover, email halfmage@gmail.com with a short description of the project and the timeline.

Release updates

New icons ship a few times a year. The updates page lists every release. The newsletter on the pricing page sends one short email per release and nothing else.
